Step 2: Presentation. A. Words: 1. Learn to read. Show some pictures. T: What’s this? This is a square.( circle, triangle ) Read after the teacher. a. Read the words row by row, one by one. b. Play a game: What’s missing? c. Golden finger’s game. 2. Look and classify the pictures. 3. Listen to the tape-recorder and repeat the words. 4. Look at the pictures and talk about the pictures. B. Writing on the Bb: Unit 6 Counting to Twenty How many squares are there? a triangle a square a circle 教学反思:   非英语语言国家的儿童学习英语,最大的问题是缺乏英语语言环境,因此,如何营造自然的英语语言环境成为小学英语教师必须重视的一个问题。 在这节英语课中,我努力营造自然的语言环境,使学生沉浸在浓浓的英语氛围中。我运用实物、图片、直观教具、动作、表情、表演等非语言手段帮助学生理解所使用的英语语言。在英语教学中,我通过不断的英语提示帮助学生理解比较抽象的句子。例如,在教 square(s)这个单词后,我指着手中的正方型,脱口而出:How many squares are there in my hands?”学生们都睁大了眼睛,好奇地看着我,似乎在说:“Hi.Miss Peng.你在说什么呀,我们没听懂?”我趁机将这个问句大声地重复了一遍,指着手中的正方型,用疑问的语气提示:“One square?Two squares?…”聪明的学生一下子明白过来,便立刻跟着数。我又趁此机会将这个问句大声地重复了一遍,学生立刻举手并大声地回答:“Two squares”。我重复类似的问句来加深学生对这种问句的印象,从而达到最终理解的目的。   坚持用英语进行教学,不仅可以使学生通过接触大量的英语输入而逐渐理解并进行记忆,有助于培养他们的英语语感。同时,学生借助非语言手段理解新的英语,会给他们带来许多欣喜,从而刺激他们的求知欲,增加了学习英语的兴趣。使学生在这种教师刻意营造的环境中养成直接用英语思维的习惯。
